Helen C. Hubbard is a Lecturer in Culinary Arts in the ºÚ¹Ï³ÔÁϱ¬ÁϹÙÍø University Business School.

Prior to joining ºÚ¹Ï³ÔÁϱ¬ÁϹÙÍø Helen pursued a broad and varied career in both the private and third sectors within the food and hospitality industry, working with small independent businesses and large branded organisations. Helen has worked across a wide area of disciplines including marketing, commercial and product ºÚ¹Ï³ÔÁϱ¬ÁϹÙÍøment, operational management and delivering front-line hospitality.
Helen has also completed a PGCE in Food Technology and has delivered food technology education in England and Scotland. In 2015 Helen joined ºÚ¹Ï³ÔÁϱ¬ÁϹÙÍø to study the MSc Gastronomy course and joined ºÚ¹Ï³ÔÁϱ¬ÁϹÙÍø as a lecturer in 2021. Helen continues to teach food technology education, as well as. working with organisations in supporting them in ºÚ¹Ï³ÔÁϱ¬ÁϹÙÍøing food related business and those working on food policy.
Current teaching includes modules from International Hospitality and Tourism. Helen is also part of the Transnational Partnership Team working with ºÚ¹Ï³ÔÁϱ¬ÁϹÙÍø overseas partners in delivering IHTM.
