Joanne Watermeyer is a lecturer in the Business School Division of ºÚ¹Ï³ÔÁϱ¬ÁϹÙÍø University. Joanne joined the Business School after several years in HR. With a rich global background working in different environments and diverse cultures, Joanne’s interests centred on organisational and leadership ºÚ¹Ï³ÔÁϱ¬ÁϹÙÍøment whilst creating and delivering cultural transformation programmes to shape vibrant workplace cultures and aligning people strategies to drive engagement, performance and sustainability.

She has worked in manufacturing, automotive, food and beverage, advanced materials, shipping, logistics and social housing. Joanne moved into consulting and still works with clients as well as lecturing at ºÚ¹Ï³ÔÁϱ¬ÁϹÙÍø. Joanne has an MBA and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and a Fellow of the Institute of Leadership.
